Here you will find a schedule maximizing your exposure during the Conference. Your booth must be set up before, and attended during the Wednesday Pre-Conference Sessions.. Also noted are networking breaks between Conference Sessions when attendance at your booth is strongly recommended for optimum attendee connection. The best practice is to make sure you are at your booth 10 minutes prior to the conclusion of sessions.
It is recommended to have someone at your booth at least through the duration of pre-conference sessions. You may use your discretion on staying through the registration close time based on traffic and your availability.

Booth setup is scheduled between 9 and 11 a.m. All booth setup must be complete and staffed by 11 a.m. Each booth will be labeled and easy for you to locate. Registration materials and name badges for all booth attendants will be delivered to your table; therefore, no need to check in at the Conference Registration. Please make sure to bring any necessary tools or items you may require to complete your booth setup (e.g., scissors, box cutters, screwdrivers, tape, clips, etc.).

Booth teardown will begin after the final General Session at 12:30 p.m. and must be complete by 4 p.m.. FedEx is located on the lobby level of the JW Marriott to assist with return shipping. Please note: FedEx closes at 5 p.m., so any boxes shipped back through FedEx will need to be taken care of prior to that time.
