A. Refunds will be granted for all cancellation requests received before February 11, 2022. Afterwards, a $250 administration fee per registrant will be deducted from the refund. Purchased seats are transferable and substitute attendees for all seats can be submitted until March 25th, 2022. The March 25, 2022 deadline also applies to changing ticket status from in-person to online, or online to in-person. Changing from online to in-person will be subject to availability. No transfers, substitutions, or cancellations will be permitted after March 25th, 2022

Whether you attend from your own home or are with us in person, our goal is to offer you the same great experience to help you connect with others, learn from the experts, and strengthen your EOS understanding. The virtual experience offers session chats, networking tables, and interactive connection experiences.

A. We strongly encourage you to attend virtually on a desktop or tablet. If you need to step away from your desk, we encourage you to download the EOS Conference App on your mobile device to enjoy the session on the go.

A. Yes! We selected the latest technology that allows you to network without ever leaving the conference platform. You can find others with similar interests, post on the event social feed, meet with sponsors, and connect face to face at the networking tables.

A. Yes! All Pre-Conference sessions will be available within the virtual platform. 

A. At the beginning of April, we will send you an email with detailed instructions for accessing and navigating the virtual platform.

A. You will have access to 30+ of the breakout sessions and all of the keynote sessions with your virtual ticket. You can check the agenda to see which ones will be streamed for virtual attendees.

A. Glad you asked! From now until April 21, 2022, you can purchase 30-day video access from April 25 – May 25 to ALL of the sessions for $200. After April 21, the price increases to $249. With on-demand access, you will be able to attend every breakout and keynote session. On-demand content will be available from April 25th – May 25th.

A. Yes! We want to hear from our virtual attendees. During a Keynote session, if a virtual attendee has a question, you will have the option to join a zoom room to ask the question live on video to the speaker. All questions in breakout sessions will be received through the session chat, and the room monitor will read out loud to the speaker on the virtual attendee’s behalf.

A. Yes! All sponsors will have a booth within the virtual platform. There you will find detailed information about the sponsor, and have opportunities to connect live throughout the conference.
