What Should I Wear?

Conference: Business casual
Reception: Wear your favorite sports team’s jersey and show some team pride!
Travel: Wear something orange and see how many conference attendees you meet on your way

Every year, we have more and more great breakout sessions. How do you choose? We recommend working with your EOS Implementer® (if you have one) to decide which sessions are most relevant to your organization’s current needs.  We’ve also divided them into two categories based on experience level to help guide your selection. Of course, you should feel free to choose your own adventure from both categories too!

Running on EOS™ for less than 1.5 years

First time attending the EOS Conference? Still learning the foundational aspects of the Six Key Components™? Then this is the track for you! There’s more than just getting the lingo down to truly master running your business on EOS®. It all starts here.

Who It’s For: Companies that have had fewer than six quarterly sessions with their EOS Implementer or anyone who could use a refresher on a specific Key Component. We can all get stronger by getting back to the basics!

Running on EOS™ for more than 1.5 years

You have a foundational knowledge of EOS, and now it’s time to level up. Take a deeper dive with these sessions to expand your knowledge of the EOS Tools and processes that help your business get stronger.

Who It’s For: Maybe you graduated from working with your EOS Implementer or want to learn more about a specific area. We’ve got you covered here.

The EOS Conference is the best place to meet other companies Running on EOS! You’ll have plenty of opportunities throughout the conference to connect with others during meals, between sessions, and, of course, in our designated networking break areas – plan to schedule as many of these opportunities as possible into your agenda.

Here are a few suggestions to get you started:

Visit the Registration Lounge, sponsored by, to connect with others as you arrive and get familiar with the location. This is a great opportunity to stop by the sponsor booths too!

We have two new breakout sessions to keep on your radar. During each of the breakout sessions, there will be a “Connection” track where you can connect with others in a similar role as you. Facilitated by the XChange Group, these sessions will allow you to learn from your fellow Visionaries, Integrators, Sales and Marketing, Operations, or Finance leaders.

Additionally, we have sprinkled IDS Sessions throughout the agenda where you can work through your key issues with others who have experienced similar situations.

Thursday-Night Reception

Join the reception at Lucas Oil Stadium for food, games, and lots of opportunities to connect with others.

Traction Tables are back! At breakfast on Friday morning, we’ll have dedicated topic-based tables for you to connect with other conference attendees over breakfast.

On Thursday night, we’ll walk over to Lucas Oil Stadium for our conference reception, sponsored by Trainual. There will be food and games, plus lots of opportunities to connect with each other and have some fun.

P.S. Wear your favorite sports team’s jersey and show some team pride!

On-site dining: Your registration to the conference includes breakfast, lunch, heavy appetizers, and small bites at the reception on Thursday, plus breakfast on Friday. Still hungry? Want a nightcap? We won’t judge you, but we may join you!

Find info for on-site options on the JW Marriott and Indianapolis Marriott Downtown websites.

Room Service: If you’d rather nosh in your jammies alone, the JW Marriott also offers room service.

Need to back out? Cancellations received after February 9 will be refunded minus a $250 registration fee per registrant. Purchased seats are transferable, and substitute attendees for all seats can be submitted until March 24, 2023. No transfers, substitutions, or cancellations will be permitted after March 24, 2023.

New This Year: The price of your seat includes access to on-demand content from the top sessions for 30 days after the conference ends.

You’ll receive an email on Monday, April 24, with login instructions and access to post-conference content.

We encourage you to share the love on social with these fun GIFs! Shout it from the rooftops that you’re attending the coolest conference of the year! Don’t forget to tag us on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
